NRML is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase, offering a 14-day window for returns on unworn apparel and footwear in their original condition. Please note that certain limited-release items and accessories are considered final sale and are not eligible for reimbursement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and shoeboxes are placed inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
